In April, we hosted a workshop focused on empowering women entrepreneurs in rural Sri Lanka. The workshop provided training in business skills, financial literacy, and access to microloans.

- 50 women participated in the workshop.
- Topics covered included business planning, marketing, and financial management.
- Participants received microloans to start or expand their businesses.

The workshop was a vibrant event, filled with enthusiasm and determination. Women from various rural communities gathered to learn, share experiences, and support each other. Expert trainers conducted sessions on how to develop business plans, effectively market products, and manage finances. Following the training, each participant was eligible to apply for a microloan to kickstart or expand their business ventures.
